Talk about the deformation of aluminum bar

Under the same deformation temperature and speed, the greater the deformation degree of aluminum bar, the more deformation energy is stored in the metal. Blank annealing refers to the annealing before sub cold deformation in the process of pressure machining, in order to make the blank get balanced arrangement and have large plastic deformation ability.

For example, the final rolling temperature of aluminum alloy hot rolled slab is 280 ~ 330 ℃. After rapid cooling at room temperature, this supersaturated solid solution tends to decompose spontaneously. When it is placed at a certain temperature and held for a certain time, the supersaturated solid solution will decompose, and then cause a significant increase in the strength and hardness of the alloy. This heat treatment process is called aging.

The selection of annealing process principle of aluminum alloy plate is mainly confirmed according to the requirements of pressure processing process and the requirements of material application department for product function. The annealing principles often used for aluminum alloy materials in industrial production include blank annealing, central annealing and product annealing, which is a common situation of recrystallization texture and secondary recrystallization texture. Natural aging can be initially after quenching or through a certain incubation period.

There are great differences in the natural aging speed of different alloys, and the work hardening phenomenon cannot be completely eliminated. In particular, for aluminum alloys strengthened by heat treatment, the recrystallization process cannot be completed after rapid cooling, and the supersaturated solid solution has no time to completely decompose and still preserve some work hardening and quenching effects. It is difficult to continue cold rolling without annealing, Therefore, slab annealing is required.
