Introduction to the basic use of aluminum rod

Under the same deformation temperature and speed, the greater the deformation degree of aluminum bar, the more deformation energy is stored in the metal. Blank annealing refers to the annealing before sub cold deformation in the process of pressure machining, in order to make the blank obtain balanced structure and large plastic deformation ability.

Aluminum plate manufacturers, for example, the end rolling temperature of aluminum alloy hot rolled slab is 280 ~ 330 ℃. After rapid cooling at room temperature, this supersaturated solid solution has the trend of spontaneous differentiation. When it is placed at a certain temperature and adhered to a certain time, the supersaturated solid solution will differentiate, resulting in a significant increase in the strength and hardness of the alloy.

This heat treatment process is called aging. The selection of annealing process principles for aluminum alloy plates is mainly confirmed according to the needs of pressure processing process and the requirements of data user departments for product functions. The annealing principles often used in aluminum alloy data in industrial production include blank annealing, central annealing and product annealing, which is a common situation of recrystallization texture and secondary recrystallization texture.

Natural aging can be initiated immediately after quenching or through a certain incubation period. The natural aging speed of different alloys is very different, and the work hardening phenomenon can not be completely eliminated. Especially for aluminum alloys strengthened by heat treatment, the recrystallization process can not be completed after rapid cooling, and the supersaturated solid solution can not be fully differentiated It is difficult to continue cold rolling without annealing, so slab annealing is required.
